Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns or Replacements:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: Complaints for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
- Lost Packages: For items not received and presumed lost, claims must be filed no more than 30 days following the projected delivery date.
- Error Responsibility: If the error is acknowledged as ours, we will bear the costs for either a full refund or replacement.
- Reporting Procedure: If there's an issue with your order, please contact our support team [email protected] with a photo and a concise description of the problem. We will assess the situation and inform you whether a return or refund is applicable. Approved claims will lead to a replacement being dispatched within 3 business days, or a refund processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Exclusions from Return/Replacement:
- Incorrect Address: Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be returned to our facility. The customer is responsible for the cost of resending the package once an updated address is confirmed.
- Unclaimed Orders: Items not claimed and returned to our facility will incur a reshipment fee, charged to the customer.
- Buyer’s Remorse: We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse. Returns or exchanges for different products or sizes are at the customer's expense. If you opt to accept such returns from your customers, you must place a new order at your cost.
- Cancellation of Prepared Orders: If an order is cancelled when its status is "Accepted" but the item has already been prepared, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
